This paprika is produced in La Vera, Extremadura from peppers that have been grown in one of the 52 villages within the DOP.
The peppers are smoked by the growers before being sent to the factory where they are ground in ancient stone mills. This coarse ground pimenton is smoky and spicy with a pleasant warmth
